Mid Plains Diesel is looking for a reliable, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team.

If you’re someone who knows their way around diesel trucks, enjoys working with people, and can keep things organized in a fast-paced shop, we want to hear from you.

What you’ll do:

• Greet customers and gather details about their service needs
• Schedule and coordinate repairs with technicians
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
• Help with invoicing and basic administrative tasks

What we’re looking for:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Mechanical knowledge (but not required)
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
